034 Motorsport UK - Phenolic Intake Manifold Spacer - Audi I5 10v

034 Motorsport is pleased to offer a solution to cooling intake temperatures for the Audi 10v 5-cylinder motors. Introducing a phenolic intake manifold spacer CNC-Machined specifically for the 10-valve I5 motors. This Phenolic Spacer features an 8mm (5/16") thickness to prevent heat conductivity to the intake manifold from the cylinder head and provides additional space for installing EFI fuel rails. This kit includes everything needed for installation!

What's Included:

  • CNC-Machined Phenolic Intake Manifold Spacer 
  • Intake Manifold Gasket x 2
  • Installation Hardware

Note: Due to the tight confines of the 10v intake manifold, some grinding may be required to allow the intake manifold to clear. Though the extra effort is not ideal, we firmly believe the extra grinding is well worth the intake temp reductions for this application.
